Interrupted sessions
Free versions restrict professional use and end the connection when they suspect it. Here the limits are written down from day one and never change based on how you work.
Reach your work machine from home, or support a client's computer on the other side of the country. All from the browser — nothing to install on the device you connect from, and no session cut off halfway through.
Whoever is receiving support installs this program once. It shows a six-digit number and waits in the Windows tray. No account, no payment.
The program is for desktop — Windows or Linux. Open this page on the computer you want to reach to download it.
Installer or portable? Use the installer on a machine you will reach again and again: it sits in the Windows tray and keeps the same number, so you write it down once.
The portable version is for one-off support. Your client downloads it, opens it, reads out the number and the password, and closes it when you are done — no installation and no administrator prompt. No program left installed and no forgotten access on their machine, which is the real risk of hastily installing remote support software. The number belongs to the computer: if they open it again tomorrow, it is the same one.
Create an account, open your browser and connect by typing your client's number and password. Nothing gets installed on your computer.
Create my accountDownloads the program, reads out the number on screen and sets a password. No sign-up, no charge, no configuration.
Download the programThe session drops. A warning about suspected commercial use appears. Your client is waiting on the phone while you explain why the software stopped.

Asking IT for permission, downloading, updating — all before you can even start. Here the program only goes on the machine being accessed.
Filing a ticket and waiting days for an automated reply. Here you talk to the people who actually built the tool.
After that, connecting is typing a number and a password.
A light installer that sits in the Windows tray and shows a six-digit number. It is the only installation in the whole process.
With no password set, no connection is accepted. It is checked inside the computer itself, not on our server — not even we can get into your machine.
From any computer, tablet or phone. The screen appears, mouse and keyboard respond, and files move both ways.
Browse the remote machine's folders, send what you need and bring back what was missing.
Switch screens mid-session without dropping the connection.
When the network allows it, the picture goes straight from one computer to the other, with nothing in between. Less lag.
Video and commands travel encrypted. The server introduces the two ends and never sees the content.
Copy on one side, paste on the other — accents and special characters included.
Corporate networks, hospitals and mobile data. When the direct route fails, the connection falls back to a relay server of ours.
Start on the Free plan — no expiry, no card. Move up when you need to.

The Free plan never expires and never asks for a card. It exists so you can get to know the product: each session lasts 10 minutes, with a 2-minute cooldown before the next one, and unattended access is paid-plans only. None of these limits change based on how you use it — they are written here and that is that. Annual plans include two months free, and the Personal plan is for your own machines, not for supporting third parties. Prices in US dollars.
Only the person giving support. Whoever receives support just downloads the program, reads out the number on screen and sets a password — no sign-up and no charge.
No. You connect from the browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on a computer, tablet or phone. The installation only happens on the machine being accessed.
Some tools offer a free version licensed for personal use only, and end the session when they detect signs of professional activity. TeamViewer documents this behaviour in its own knowledge base, under "Commercial use suspected".
PCReach has no detection of that kind. The limits of each plan are written above, and no session is ever ended over a suspicion.
Yes. The connection first tries the direct route between the two computers. When the network blocks it, traffic falls back to a relay server of ours — which covers corporate networks, hospitals and mobile connections.
Only someone who knows the six-digit number e the access password. The password is checked inside the accessed computer itself, over the already-encrypted channel. Our server never receives it and cannot get into any machine.
Cancel whenever you like, from the dashboard, with no penalty and no phone calls. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Five minutes from now you will be connected to your first computer.
